When you purchase a plan with Warm Reptile Designs (WRD), service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. All prices in NZD. If you are outside of New Zealand, payment will be converted to your local currency at the exchange rate during the time of purchase by the payment processor. You’ll be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase, every month, until you cancel (allow for fluctuation in currency exchange). Your “month” begins on the day you purchase the plan and renews on that same date the following month.
Because there’s no annual contract, your rate is subject to change, but will always notify you beforehand. If you cancel within 7 days of your order, and no services have been performed, you’ll be fully refunded. If services have been performed, you will be billed for the time the service(s) took to perform and payment will be deducted from your refund at the plan’s hourly rate, rounded to the nearest quarter hour. Should you cancel after 7 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. Cancellations can be made any time by visiting your PayPal account.

Services & Extra Time
Stated services for plan chosen will be performed first, then any time remaining is yours to use as you choose on any type of service. You will be notified if said service will exceed base plan hours and you can then pay the hourly rate as stated in the plan. Extra hourly rates will be billed at the end of the calendar month with net 5 terms (pay within five calendar days).
Hours do not roll over into next month. If hourly rate is purchased on top of existing plan, time is charged in quarter hour increments.
Base Time for Services
Updating of plugins, themes and WordPress itself can vary in time and complexity. Often it doesn’t take that long to do, but sometimes it can take a couple of hours due to unforeseen problems. If you have purchased the basic plan which allows for 2 hours of services to be completed and the service takes longer than that, you will not be charged extra for that time. However, this will not leave you with the extra time to choose additional services. You may opt to be charged for extra time at the stated hourly rate of your plan if you should need it for additional services that month. Extra hourly rates will be billed at end of month with net 5 terms.
Time leftover after services are rendered does not need to be used by you, this is just a bonus of the plan. Unused time is not credited toward the following month.
You may be handling plugin and theme updates yourself but need help with other tasks. You may purchase time for an hourly rate stated on the Plan page at a discount by paying up front. This benefits you by being charged less than the going rate while it benefits me by not having to wait for the payment after services have been rendered.
Time is rounded to the nearest quarter hour and a report will be sent to you describing what took place and for how long. Warm Reptile Designs promises to work as closely to the hour as possible. If time goes slightly over the hour, you will not be charged extra for it. I can quote you an approximate time for whatever services you need first before purchasing.

Standard Hourly Rate
The standard hourly rate is $50.00 NZD per hour for any services performed which do not have a monthly plan or Freedom Time purchased. You will be billed at the end of the calendar month with net 5 terms. Time is calculated in quarter hour increments.
If you would like to cancel your plan through PayPal:
Log into your account and click the cog wheel (Profile) in the upper right corner.
Click on Payments
Click on Preapproved Payments
Click on Warm Reptile Designs
Under Subscription Details click Cancel
Click Cancel Profile
You will get a message saying, “This profile has been canceled and cannot be reactivated. No more recurring payments will be made.”
You will get an email from PayPal confirming the cancellation
If you are requiring a refund because you cancelled within 7 days, please email me using the address on your receipt.
I guarantee that all services will be performed as stated and to your satisfaction. I try my best to inform you of any potential issues or additional time that may have to be spent on the service. Please understand that I cannot see into the future and therefore cannot always be exact in time estimates, but will let you know if time stated will be exceeded and by how much. I do not charge for issues that go beyond the typical scope of the service. This means that if a problem crops up along the way, I will determine a fair amount to charge you as well as write off the extra time it took me to solve it. This always benefits the client by not having to overpay for what should have taken a certain amount of time to complete. That written off time will be noted in your invoice.
The client promises to pay within the time frame specified on the invoice or contact WRD immediately if it cannot. I realize that “stuff happens” and will try to work with you regarding a fair solution. Should continual late payments occur, WRD reserves the right to be paid in advance of services rendered.
The client also agrees to provide any information needed by WRD in the time limit specified so that there is no interruption in service.
